How does the “1–20 users” vs “21+ users” pricing work?
Each tier has two per-user rates. Smaller environments with 1–20 users pay a simple, all-in monthly user rate. Once you have 21 or more users on a tier, your per-user pricing shifts to the lower “21+ users” rate, while keeping the same minimum monthly commitment.
What is the minimum monthly commitment?
All three tiers start with a minimum monthly commitment of $2,000. That ensures we can properly staff, monitor, and support your environment instead of cutting corners.
Can we mix tiers for different user groups?
In many cases, yes. For example, general staff might be fine on Tier 1 while leadership or compliance-sensitive roles land on Tier 3. We’ll map this out with you during onboarding.
What about projects or one-time work?
Project work such as migrations, major upgrades, and new office build-outs is scoped separately from your monthly managed services. As a managed client, you’ll receive preferred project rates.
